THE ESCAPE ARTISTS ANNUAL SHOW
The Escape Artists are happy to announce their upcoming annual show.
The Loft Gallery in Mill Bay, British Columbia, will be exhibiting their work from 03 March until 30 March. The opening is 03 March 2012 at 11:00.
This eclectic group has been gathering regularly since 2004 to connect, share ideas and techniques and to create art. The group began when Rebecca Barnard and some of her students got together to paint. Despite a few changes in membership since then, the group continues to meet and show their work.
Currently showing are six members: IEA Member Shirley Lawrence Bellows (Watercolour, Acrylic, Pastel and Coloured Pencil), Betty Cavin (watercolour, oil), Trisha Klus
(collage, lettering and book arts), Sandy Knowles (acrylics), Joan Lee
(watercolour) and Heather Stevens (acrylics and photography).
You will have a chance to meet the Escape Artists at the opening,
11:00 Saturday 03 March 2012. At the same time Sandy Knowles will be demonstrating her acrylic painting skills.
Other artist demonstrations are:
Betty Cavin will demonstrate painting cards with watercolour from 2:00-4:00 on Sat. March 10th.
Trisha Klus will demonstrate book making from 10-2:00 on March 17th.

IEA Member Shirley Lawrence Bellows will demonstrate the use of coloured pencil on black paper 2:00-4:00 on March 24.
