Founded September 16, 2010 by Equine Artist, Debbie Flood, The International Equine Artists are a collective Group of Equine Artists from around the Globe. This fun, smart, and talented, group of Artists come from many different backgrounds and skill levels. While many are at the Professional level in their art careers, others are becoming artists to watch, while even others are just starting to venture into art and equine art.

Because the IEA believes in Mentoring, Fostering and Sharing from one another, the Membership accepts all levels and there is no jury process to enroll as an Associate Member.

There is the opportunity to apply for Signature Status, once you are an Associate Member, which holds it's members to a Professional Level, with Professional Perks.

Associate Members have been enjoying many perks since the membership was founded. The group has a public website at http://www.internationalequineartists.com  On this site, you will find the Member Directory, with each artist’s name listed with their respectful Country and State or Province.  Easy access to their linked website, or IEA Member Page will tell you more about each artist. Each artist also has a sample work in the Gallery on the website. This Gallery has become a Slide show of exceptional work!

Other Perks include a Private Members only Forum that holds and archives everything from Business solutions to their favorite book, Works in Progress and Critiques.

There is also a Yahoo Email group to network easily with each other.

  Two member’s Blogs, one can be found at http://internationalequineartists.blogspot.com  . And for Stable Companions, covering Canine and Feline: http://stablecompanions.blogspot.com .

There is also a Facebook Page and a Twitter account for people to follow. Other Perks include discounted Group ads in the Horses in Art Magazine.

Members also enjoy entering the Member’s Only Online Exhibits. These exhibits are offered with the paid membership.

The IEA accepts all media and forms of expressing the love of the horse, Canine and Feline through art. At present, the membership consists of Painters, Photographers, Sculptors, Welders, Jewelry creations, Book Illustrators, and much more.  These members are also very talented in other subject matter, not just the horse. If you are looking to have that special portrait created, or sculpture for your business or front yard, whatever your need in Horse Art, Canine Art Or Feline Art, I’m sure you can find that artist, in our membership, which meets those needs.

This group accepts all levels of artists 18 years and older.

Memberships are for 1 Year from the time you sign up until the same date of the following year.
